Occupational Therapy (OT)
Our Occupational Therapists are experts in evaluating and treating injuries, disabilities, and health conditions relating to a person’s ability to complete daily routines and activities. Some of these may include dressing, bathing, grooming, and feeding, with the goal being to promote individuals to do these, and other activities, safely and independently. Our therapists also have specific training in conditions of the upper extremity to improve strength, range-of-motion, and the ability to use arms and hands for everyday activities. Our Occupational Therapists also evaluate and make recommendations to improve safety and independence in the person’s home, work, or other living areas.
